About the Emerging Leader Program

The Vistage Emerging Leader Program prepares your rising stars to become your next generation of senior leadership. Under the guidance of your local Vistage Chair Perry Maughmer, an accomplished business leader and master facilitator in and around central Ohio, participants develop core leadership competencies and confidence, empowering them to deliver on company goals.

Unlike other leadership programs that squeeze material into a few back-to-back days and leave implementation at risk, Vistage emerging leaders focus on one topic at a time to encourage mastery. Participants will be challenged to advance their careers within your company, rather than seek outside opportunities. A Message from Perry

I believe it was Mark Twain who said, “The two most important days of your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.” Mr. Twain was correct and my “why” became clear to me early in my career. I serve others. I am a passionate believer that none of us is smart as all of us and that is why I joined Vistage International as a facilitator & coach in the central Ohio area.
